DAILY RATES INCLUDE:
- Services of licensed Master Hunting Guides
- Hunting vehicle and support team
- Roundtrip transfers by road between the International Airport and Klawerberg
- A visit to a taxidermist and Windhoek - one day
- Lodging, meals and soft drinks
- Daily laundry service
- Field preparation of trophies and delivery of trophies to local taxidermist
- Cost of licenses and permits
- 15% VAT
DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
- Any air travel
- Pre- and post-safari accommodation and meals
- Trophy fees for animals wounded and lost
- Air charters
- Alcoholic beverages
- Gratuities to staff
- The preparation, packing, documentation and export of trophies from Namibia
- NAPHA medals if you should wish to buy some
- All other items of personal nature
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
Payment by means of travelers’ cheques in US dollars is preferred.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to confirm
a reservation.
